Although PSHCP Administration Authority offices are closed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Administration Authority remains fully operational. All staff are currently working remotely and have maintained the day-to-day operations of the organization. Board of Directors meetings and operational committee meetings are being held as per their initial scheduling and general protocols have not changed. If you wish to contact the Administration Authority to submit an appeal or an inquiry, you may continue to do so by mailing your correspondence to the address below. Please note that, although the organization is fully operational, the time frame to process members’ appeals and inquiries may be extended.

As the Administration Authority offices are located in Ottawa, Ontario, they will remain closed for the duration of the state of emergency declared by the province of Ontario. Another update will be provided once the ban on non-essential businesses has been lifted.
