If you have any questions about your coverage or the status of your claims, please direct your inquiries directly to Sun Life.

If you have questions about claims submitted for expenses incurred outside of Canada, or if you have Comprehensive Coverage, please direct your calls to Allianz Global Assistance. In certain cases you may also need to contact Sun Life for additional information.

Please note that the Administration Authority does not have access to member files and cannot provide information about the claims you have submitted to the PSHCP.
